Nevada Medicaid Benefits Overview

Need a ride to your doctor's appointments? No problem! Just call Member Services at 1-844-366-2880 (for TTY/TDD: call 1-844-804-6086, Relay 711).

Remember to call us at least 5 days before your appointment. We can help you with your regular trips between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday. For urgent situations, we're there for you 24/7.

Please note, this service is just for Members who have Medicaid.

Nevada Check-Up Members are not eligible. Sometimes there are other ways to get a ride if services are not covered by MTM. Call Member Services at 1-844-366-2880 or (for TTY/TDD: call 1-844-804-6086, Relay 711) if you have questions about getting a ride. They will help you out.

Medical Transportation Management (MTM)

If you need help getting rides to and from your doctor's appointments, call Member Services at 1-844-366-2880 (for TTY/TDD: call 1-844-804-6086, Relay 711). You will talk to someone from Medical Transportation Management (MTM). They are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M. Call at least 5 business days before your appointment so they have time to arrange a ride for you.

Modivcare

Need a ride? We’ve got you covered for trips that are not covered
by MTM.*

We can get you to the pharmacy, WIC offices, health district offices, food pantry, DMV, and grocery stores.

• Make sure to call at least 24 hours in advance for a guaranteed ride
• Each member can have up to 5 round trips per year

Transportation Bus Passes

Transportation bus passes help Members get to places where they can find community support and services. If you need help, we can figure out the best way for you to travel and give you one-day bus passes. Welcome to our Special Meal Delivery for New Moms. This is a special service for moms who just had a baby and had gestational diabetes or pre-eclampsia during pregnancy. We will bring 14 healthy meals to your door. These meals help you recover after having your baby. This way, you can spend more time with your new baby and less time worrying about food. When you finish the Start Smart for Your Baby program, you get to pick a special item for your baby to help them in their early years. You can choose from a cozy crib, a safe car seat, a fun baby shower box, or a sturdy high chair. Items are available based on current stock! 

Welcome to the Weight Watchers.  As a member, you can take advantage of our free membership package and receive vouchers for registration and 10 weeks of meeting room classes. Do youhave lost important papers? Don't worry! Our Community Health Workers are here for you. They can assist in getting back important documents like birth certificates, social security cards, or Nevada IDs. At SilverSummit, we're here to help those reentering society. We know making this transition can be hard, which is why we're offering technology support. As part of the program, eligible Members could receive a laptop for completing a Justice Involved program. This aid can be a steppingstone towards a successful new start or obtaining a job.
