Continuity of Care

Finding Doctors and Getting Ongoing Care

SilverSummit Healthplan wants to make sure you have all the doctors you need. We have doctors all overNevada. If you can’t find a doctor, look online at: Find a ProviderExternal Link or call Member Services at 1-844-366-2880 (TTY: 1-844-804-6086, Relay 711).

NEW to SilverSummit? You Can Keep Your Doctor for a While 

If you’re a new Member and already getting care from a doctor who’s not in our network, you may still be ableto keep seeing them for a little while:

  • You can keep seeing your doctor for up to 6 months (until July 1, 2026).
  • If you're pregnant, you can keep your doctor until after your baby is born and you’ve had your check-up.
  • If you are very sick with a serious illness, you may keep your doctor for your care.If you're switching to another Medicaid plan, we will share your approved services with your new plan to helpkeep your care going.

You Can Keep the Same Services and Medicines

  • You will keep getting the same services and medicines as before.
  • Even if you change healthplans or were in fee-for-service.
  • You should get these without needing extra approval or limits.

Your next steps with your new plan:

  1. Create an online account. You can manage your health benefits, change your primary care provider, contact a plan representative, view claims and more.
  2. Complete a Health Assessment. This is available on your online account.
  3. If pregnant, complete a Notification of Pregnancy form. This is available on your online account.
  4. Choose a provider. You can view the providers available to you on our online directory. Choose or change your provider through your online account.
