Find A Provider
Choose a doctor from our "Find a Provider" page. SilverSummit Healthplan provides complete healthcare benefits, from choosing a trusted doctor to accessing pharmacy services, preventive care, and more. We take pride in our extensive network of healthcare providers. If you don't see your provider on the list, please call us at 1-844-366-2880 (TTY/TDD: 1-844-804-6086 Relay 711). We always update our provider network to ensure our Members have access to the best healthcare options available. To locate a provider in your area, click the "Find a Provider" button.

Options For Care
Don't rush to the Emergency Room for every sniffle or scrape! If you have a minor issue like a fever, flu, or small injury, there are other places to get help quickly. Can't get an appointment with your usual doctor? Don't worry. Get seen quickly without the long waits of the ER and let the Emergency Room focus on serious conditions. Take care of yourself and others by choosing the right care for your needs.

Whether you need a new pair of glasses or a tune-up for your favorite pair, we've got you covered every year! If you're 21 or older and require contact lenses for health reasons, we can provide up to $100 to assist you.
If you're 21 or older, or expecting a child, it's important to consider your dental care. You can visit a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) twice a year for check-ups. During these appointments, a professional will examine your teeth and take X-rays of your mouth.
