If you don't spot your provider on list, we ask you to call us 1-844-366-2880. We are always updating our list of providers. This ensuring our Members get the most complete healthcare options available.
Enrolling in Medicaid
Step 1 – Apply for Medicaid: Call us 1-844-366-2880 (TTY/TDD: 1-844-804-6086), and we will guide you through the process
Step 2 – Complete your enrollment: Once enrolled, you will receive a packet from Nevada Medicaid in the mail. Make sure to select SilverSummit Healthplan and return the packet
Step 3 – Approval and Welcome Packet: You will receive a letter confirming your application has been approved by Nevada Medicaid. Shortly after, you will receive a Welcome Packet from SilverSummit.
After you receive your Welcome Packet, here is how to GET STARTED:
- Create an Online Account: Manage your health benefits, select or change your primary care provider, contact a plan representative, view claims, and more. Click the ‘Member Login’ button
- Complete a Health Assessment: Available in your private online account
- Notification of Pregnancy: If you are pregnant, complete this form in your online account to help us support a healthy pregnancy and baby
