If you or a family member currently have health coverage through SilverSummit Healthplan, it's important for you to take steps to make sure your coverage can continue. Nevada Medicaid renewals have begun and many people may find themselves with a gap in coverage, leaving you without the healthcare benefits.

By taking these steps, you can make sure that you and your family have the coverage they need! Don't wait - take action today!

Here are some things you can do to prepare.

Make sure your address is up to dateExternal Link

Make sure your current mailing address, phone number, email, or other contact information is update. This way when Medicaid renewal letters go out you will be able to receive them.

Check your mail

Your letter about your Medicaid coverage will be delivered to your home address. This letter will also let you know if you need to complete a renewal form to see if you still qualify for Medicaid.

If you get a renewal form, it is important that you fill out and return it as soon as possible. Your renewal form will come with instructions on how to complete and return it.
