Our member and provider services call centers will be closed on November 27, 2025, in observance of Thanksgiving Day. Member services will also be closed on November 28, 2025. Provider services will be open from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT on November 28, 2025. Our member and provider services call centers will be closed on December 25, 2025, in observance of Christmas Day. Our Member and Provider Services Call Centers will be open on January 1, 2026, operating during our standard business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST.

Reporting Medicaid Fraud, Waste and Abuse

SilverSummit Healthplan works hard to stop people from using Medicaid or  Nevada Check Up in the wrong way. This is called fraud, waste, or abuse.

Here are some examples:

  • Letting someone use your Member ID card to get care
  • Using someone else’s Member ID card
  • A doctor charging twice for the same service
  • A doctor charging for care that didn’t happen

Your health benefits are just for you. You should not share them with anyone. If you do, you could lose your benefits or face legal trouble.

If you think someone is misusing Medicaid or Nevada Check Up, please tell us. You don’t have to give your name.
